We have a quick one today! To start, let’s drill some of the forms you learned in the last lesson. Translate the following:
Blending two “s” sounds:
When two “s” sounds are joined, they are blended as in the following examples:
Review the Following Brief Forms:
Under, must, some, such, first, business, cause-because, thorough-thoroughly-three, thing-think,
system-says, far-favor, public-publish, work, part, matter, again,
against, always, any-thing, something, everything.
Review the Following Brief Forms that also end with “s”:
Hours, yours, dates, others, truths, times, countries, changes, ships,
forms, businesses, causes, things, systems, publishes, works, parts, matters.
Reading Exercise:
Translate all the above examples and the following:
