Reviewing the concepts from previous lessons:
In words like “sun” and “fun” the ŭ can be left out. Likewise, the ow in words like “town” and “down” can be omitted.
Sun, fun, funny, summer, run, come, begun,
lunch, luncheon, lumber, crush, touch, rush, judge,
brush, blush, town, down, brown, drown, crown.
Then ending sound “-sume”, as in “assume” and “resume” can be expressed with [sm] in Gregg strokes:
Assume, resume, consume, presume,
assumption, resumption, consumption, presumption.
Read + Write the following:
